Make it count! We all use our phones, but let’s agree that sometimes we use it way too much. There is so much to do in the real world - making friends, helping our fam, reading books, shopping, working on music or sports or dance, learning to drive, doing schoolwork, writing on real paper, and on and on the list goes. I am sometime tired of hearing from older people how they spent their childhoods outside all day, on bikes and no one knew where they were, that they didn’t have phones and they were super happy. But I bet they had anxieties too! We have to live in today’s world, and we can learn from them without overly romanticizing it - so like, we COULD do a little less on our phones. Every day we can DO more real stuff cause, as I said, there is so much to do. So I created this wallpaper to remind myself to make it count, the day, the minute, the hobby, the words I use.
